Bio: Mark Iris, Ph.D., served as Executive Director of the Chicago Police Board from 1984-2004. That board holds disciplinary hearings in cases of Chicago police officers accused of misconduct.
Mark was also on the faculty at Northwestern University, is a Lecturer Emeritus in the Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences Program. He also has served as an expert witness in police misconduct litigation.
