SAM is invited to participate with the 2023 GEL BIKING GROUP

Mike Kaplan (847-650-1639) will be leading the rides until May.
All interested riders should plan to meet on April 20th and/or April 27th at 9:30 am at the Kayak and Boat Rental launch at 1770 Tower in Glencoe at Skokie Lagoons. We will get on the North Branch Trail and ride south to Starbucks at Dempster, stopping for coffee. We will return the same way we came. (This ride is estimated to be a total of around of 16 miles long.)
For those of you interested in something longer, you can ride all the way to Foster, and return the same way stopping for coffee at Starbucks on the way back. (This ride is estimated to be 37 miles long.)
For those who are not in biking shape, you can meet the group at Willow Road at the Forest Preserve just east of Edens Expressway at 9:50 AM (This ride is estimated to be 10 miles long.
