We have been allocated 8 slots to help pack food at the Northern Illinois Food Bank in Lake Forest from 1:00pm to 3:30pm on the third Thursday of each month beginning in August. The address is 13950 W. Business Center Drive, Lake Forest. The packing requires lifting up to 10 pounds and standing on concrete floors.
If we have less than 8 volunteers we can still be scheduled, we just have to notify the food bank two weeks prior to the packing date and the number of volunteers we’ll be supplying. People do not have to commit to attend every month.

September 21
October 19
November 16

After you express interest, Alan will send a registration form to you. You will need to create a password and sign 2 standard consent forms, one for safety and one for media.
